Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) Problem-Solving

This course provides a high-level overview of the RCCA process, with hands-on problem solving exercises, using real-world issues from your organization. Participants will learn the RCCA process and sequence of techniques for problem solving and process improvement.

Electrical Prints & Troubleshooting

This course is a study of the systematic elimination of the various parts of a system or process to locate a malfunctioning part. The learner will obtain a knowledgeable understanding of the key symbols and abbreviations associated with the electrical trade.
