The Fostoria Learning Center partners with area educational institutions to offer programs locally in Fostoria.  To register for the programs offered at the FLC you will need to apply directly to the individual institution that is offering the program you're interested in.  Below is a quick step-by-step for the registration process:

Step 1: Create a New Student Account at the College that is offering the program you want to take (see below for specific links).

Step 2: Request transcripts from your High School or GED program and submit via your account.

Step 3: Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Step 4: Apply for Scholarships via the College and Pillars Trust Scholarship (Fostoria-area residents only).

Step 5: Register for Classes.

Financial Aid

Financial aid resources are available to those who qualify. Interested applicants should set up an appointment with  financial aid administrators at the college they are applying to. That information is available to you on the college's website.

Additionally, if you're a Fostoria-area resident, you may qualify for up to $2,000 per year towards tuition via the Pillars Trust ScholarshipMore information is available on this page.
