If you’re looking to get a head start on your career this summer, we have THREE programs starting that will train you for an in-demand career:

Welding Certificate — 8 week Summer Welding Program will run from June 17 – August 11, 2019. This course will focus on the Introduction to Welding Process class.  The theory and lab practice of the basic welding processes is covered including OAW, SMAW and GMAW. This training is in partnership with Owens Community College.

Medical Coding Certificate — this training prepares students with entry-level skills needed to code, classify, and index diagnoses and procedures for the purpose of reimbursement, standardization, retrieval, and statistical analysis. Principles in Clinical Classifications II, Clinical Classifications III, and third-party reimbursement will be emphasized. This program is offered in partnership with Terra State Community College.

STNA (State Tested Nursing Aide) — beginning June 3, students will be able to take this training as their first step to a career in the healthcare industry.  The program consists of 75 hours training, including 16 hours of clinicals, takes place over two weeks.  Training is full-time.
