ServSafe® has become the industry standard in food safety training and provides all employees with accurate and up-to-date information on all aspects of food safety and handling, from receiving and storing food, to food preparing and serving. Food-borne illness is a serious public health threat. According to the Center for Disease Control, each year in the United States 76 million people suffer from vomiting and diarrhea caused by mishandled, tainted, or spoiled food.
