SERVSAFE®
Food Handler Certification Course

The ServeSafe® Food Handler Certificate verifies basic food safety knowledge and is for individuals in food handler employee-level positions. Upon successful completion of the ANSI ASTM 2659 accredited Food Handler course and 40-question exam, the employee will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the National Restaurant Association that can be printed from a secure section of the website.

Manager Course Level Two 

ServSafe® has become the industry standard in food safety training and provides all employees with accurate and up-to-date information on all aspects of food safety and handling, from receiving and storing food, to food preparing and serving.

Just some of the topics to be covered during this training are:

  • Preventing cross-contamination
  • Cleaning and sanitizing
  • Food safety regulations
  • Time and temperature control
  • Safe food preparation
