Industrial Electricity II is an advanced study ofindustrial electricity providing comprehensivecoverage of the control devices used incontemporary industrial electrical systems. Thefocus of this course is to provide the architecturefor acquiring the knowledge and skills required inan advanced manufacturing environment. Thecourse builds on electrical concepts fromIndustrial Electricity I and adds motor theory,building on circuit fundamentals and reinforcingthese with practical hands on labs designed toreinforce the concepts and provide controlsystems design experience. These topics will bedelivered through text, presentations and variousexercises, and hands-on labs.
