Autonomous Maintenance Training-Electrical Basics & Control Panels

The emphasis on this course is to give the participant the knowledge to understand lubrication,
drives, gears, electrical controls, electrical panels for equipment, hydraulic & pneumatic
systems, piping systems, and the basic integration of their components.
Participants should be able to understand types of maintenance required of maintenance required to keep equipment running correctly. This course will cover the identification of these systems, and how they function.
Objectives
Upon completion of this course the trainee should be able to:
Demonstrate an understanding of the basic systems. Identify the materials that the systems are made of. Demonstrate an understanding of the major components in a typical system. Show the operators how they might use sight, smell, touch, etc. to safely identify possible machine faults.
Demonstrate the process of troubleshooting and repairing basic system malfunctions.
Each session will contain detailed instruction, followed by hands on labs.

Time: 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Dates: February 9-25
Cost: $99 per session or $525 for all six session
FEDC & Chamber members will receive discounted price $475 for all six sessions (must be same individual at all sessions)
