DESCRIPTION:Length: 24 Hours \n$2000 per student \nThis course is an application of common \nelectrical concepts and relay ladder logic/motor \ncontrol circuits used in industry to maintain and \ntroubleshoot electrical power and control \nsystems\, including variable frequency drive \nsystems. Students will learn how to install\, \noperate\, maintain\, and troubleshoot \nsingle[1]phase transformers\, NEMA and IEC \ncontactors & motor starters\, motor branch \ncircuits\, and reversing circuits (power & \ncontrol). A heavy focus of the course will be on \nvariable frequency drives. Students will learn to \ninstall\, maintain\, program and troubleshoot \nindustrial programmable VFDs. DESCRIPTION:Length: 24 Hours \n$2000 per student \nThis course is an application of common \nelectrical concepts and relay ladder logic/motor \ncontrol circuits used in industry to maintain and \ntroubleshoot electrical power and control \nsystems\, including variable frequency drive \nsystems. Students will learn how to install\, \noperate\, maintain\, and troubleshoot \nsingle[1]phase transformers\, NEMA and IEC \ncontactors & motor starters\, motor branch \ncircuits\, and reversing circuits (power & \ncontrol). A heavy focus of the course will be on \nvariable frequency drives. Students will learn to \ninstall\, maintain\, program and troubleshoot \nindustrial programmable VFDs. The course will \nfocus on 3 types of VFD: Automation Direct’s \nGS2\, Allen Bradley PowerFlex 70 and Allen \nBradley PowerFlex 525.
