Non-Profit Trainings

Non-Profit leaders, especially executive directors, have to wear many hats in the day-to-day management of their non-profit, including those of human resources director, marketing manager, grant writer, and chief financial officer.  Rarely does a new leader come into this position with all of these skills in-hand.

The Fostoria Learning Center recognizes this need and has designed a series of essential skills workshops to assist local area 501(c)(3) registered non-profits in the areas of marketing, governance, fundraising, finances, and grant writing.

Registration is required for each training workshop to be taken.

Feb 13 – Setting Up a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) | 9am-11am

Mar 13 – Board Development | 9am-11am

Apr 10 – Compiling a Budget | 9am-Noon

May 8 – Marketing on a Non-Profit Budget |9am-Noon

Jun 12 – Basic Fundraising |9am-Noon

Jul 10 – Grant Writing | 9am-Noon

Cost: $25 per person per workshop or $40 for 2 (same non-profit) per workshop advance registration required
