This course provides a high-level overview of the RCCA process, with hands-on problem solving exercises, using real-world issues from your organization. Participants will learn the RCCA process and sequence of techniques for problem solving and process improvement. Focus is placed on when and how to apply the various RCCA methods for identification and prioritization of root causes and the basic corrective action methods related to process improvement. Special emphasis is placed on techniques utilizing cross-functional teams for analyzing process issues with workflow analysis.
