The course is the basic study of thermo-dynamic principles, with a practical approach to applications in a residential, commercial and industrial environment. The course will cover basic heating and cooling concepts, refrigeration properties, psychometrics, terminology, safety, troubleshooting and applications of basic mechanical heating and cooling components and their electrical/mechanical control.
